Elsa Oppenheim started dancing at the age of 6 and has never stopped. She performed on stage for 20 years. After earning her degree as a professional dance teacher from the “Centre National de la danse” in 2006, she began teaching dance to both children and adults . Her willingness to keep dancing in a healthy body lead her to Pilates. She immediately fell in love with the method and decided to get professionally certified in 2009.
Elsa taught in multiple studios in Paris, providing private and group classes while organizing workshops across Europe. Since her arrival in the bay area in 2014, Elsa has worked in multiples studios. With a specific focus in anatomy and the physical history of each student, Elsa brings her passion for the art of movement to create a unique flow of exercises for her clients.
