This 45 minute workshop will dive into topics and strategies that have direct application to Pilates (as does everything!). Investigations to include:
Shoulder and Wrist alignment and stretches
Deep abs and Obliques, they're in there somewhere!
Roll-ups and Roll-backs
Medial Glutes and Adductors, How and Why
